Shipping Policy

Your shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on your order size and location.
Examples:
Domestic (Germany) €6.95
International €9.95 for 0kg–0.5kg
International €12.95 for 0.6kg–0.9kg
International €14.95 for 1kg–2kg
Orders usually ship within 5-7 business days of purchase with a tracking number. Express shipping upgrades are available for most destinations: please enquire.
International Shipping (Outside of Germany)
Items are usually shipped with Deutsche Post International and can take 2-4 weeks to arrive. Please be aware that customs and duty fees may be due upon delivery and are different for every country. US customers are exempt unless an order surpasses $800 in value.
Return & Cancellation Policy
You may return items within 30 days of delivery, request exchanges within 24 hours of receiving an item and request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase.
To initiate a return please contact info@fideliobags.com with your order number in the first instance. Items should not have been used in any way, exposed to smoke or perfume, or any condition that would prevent the item being sold as new.
